Ages and ID Requirements

Minors:

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. BOTH PARENT AND MINOR must have a state issued ID as well as the minors’ birth certificate. If you are a legal guardian, you must bring court documents stating proof of legal guardianship. This is required by law and we can not make any exceptions. If you do not have these documents, please give us a call - we may be able to find something else that works.

ID’s accepted for minors: School ID, state ID, Driver’s license, Passport, FOID card

ID’s accepted by parent/legal guardian: State ID, Driver’s license, Passport, FOID card

Adults:

Adults ages 18 and older must bring a state issued ID at the time of the appointment.

We will pierce:

All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proper identification for both minor and adult.

Ear Lobes: 4+

Helix/Cartilage: 13+

Nostril: 13+

Septum: 13+

Conch/Tragus/Forward Helix: 14+

Navel: 16+

Lip Piercings: 16+

Eyebrow: 15+

Industrial/Daith/Rook: 16+

Surface Anchors (“Dermals”) or Surface Piercings: 18+

Nipples/Genitals: 18+
