Jewelry quality is extremely important to us at Skynn! We only use high quality jewelry made in the USA. We carry implant grade titanium (ASTM F-136 ELI 6AL 4V), implant grade steel (ASTM F138) and solid gold. All of our jewelry has a lifetime guarantee from manufacture defects!

Implant grade titanium is the same material used in pace makers, dental implants, etc. Implant grade titanium is safe for long term wear in the body and is extremely biocompatible. It is also non-conductive and non-magnetic, making it safe for MRI’s and most surgical procedures.

Solid gold jewelry is also available! All of our gold is solid - never plated! It is safe to wear long term in the body.
